Blind Poem by Aarzoo Mehek

Blind

Rating: 5.0

Allah says!
*Whoever is blind in this world
He will be blind in the hereafter*

Ya Allah!
Save us from the state of obliviousness
The obscurity that covers us from the outside
Fully invading our inner being
Save us from the murkiness of grandiosity pride, envy
Lying, tattling, slandering and
The wide range of various hateful attributes

*Surah Al-Isra, Ayat 72.

Aameen, Yes how can one expect reward hereafter when he remained aloof in this world and did not do what he was asked/supposed to do.

Very true ma'am. Natural blindness gifts us with other qualities but acquired blindness is dangerous and harmful too. Good thoughtful verse.
