Blank Dream Poem by Taylor Donnelly

Blank Dream

Tossing and turning
Wondering if she will ever awaken
Fighting for air, clinching whatever is close
her hair in the wind gently blows
The wooden floor creaks beneath her feet
suddenly her mind goes blank,
she knows it's her time to walk the plank
