Birds

Somehow birds in me
Fled
From been alone
Solitude groan of heart

Somehow they headed
With hope
To couch the summer
In your heart

Somehow the left
less
As they took
The most
Of me to your heart

Poem of the Day

poet Robert William Service

Just Home and Love! the words are small
Four little letters unto each;
