Would God agree to walk with you?
And then with you abide
Would you care to know Jesus’ view?
Of why for you He died

Would you like to see when you die?
If Heaven’s where you’ll go
And know from God the reason why
You’re not prepared to know

For some its better not to see
What lies around the bend?
So God’s resolved by Royal decree
His secrets to defend

A vast amount The Lord won’t share
Declining things to show
Its not as if He doesn’t care
Or if we’ll never know

The day will dawn when truth runs free
Wisdom will flow in streams
Knowledge will open eyes to see
Beyond our wildest dreams

All secrets will our God reveal
To those in Jesus hand
We’ll see and smell we’ll taste and feel
And truly understand

We’ll know the reason eyes were blind
Why ears have failed to hear
So much to blow our human mind
Too much to make now clear

We live by faith and not by sight
God knows the reason why
But all good things to heart’s delight
Await with Christ on high….....
