the night and the day
time fills our thoughts
with a dance between fantasy
and that stone cold reality
dreams whisper in unison
to free us, offer salvation
what fruits such thoughts gift
cause reason or rational
and all yet still to be discovered
between the sun and the moon

who are we to be
