The embrace of warmth
Announces the break of new day
Chasing to naught
Coolness born of night.
At the brink of inevitable
Hope hangs; dangling
Swaying in angstal winds
Left to void, palpable
The voices of shame
Crowding ears of time
Bells toll in distance
Singing the End-of-time
Warnings from Scriptures of Old
Days of miseries untold...
