Beginning Poem by Medusa Waves

Beginning

Winter Comes Again, Desiccating The Peonies And Daffodils Of My Heart
Im An Echoed Murmur Of All Soft Things, And Tender Thoughts Escape Me
Half Glances Into The Lilac Sky, And The Reds And Golds Of Leaves Kindle A Fire Inside Me
Now That Winter Is Here, Her Ice-Encapsulated Heart Presses Against My Warm Chest
The Fires And Embers Of Autumn Fall To Ash-Like Nothingness, And I Am Existing Again, In Nothingness
Cold Kisses Blow, Landing Harshly On My Cheeks, Demanding My Attention And My Nose Is Blistered
I Could Be Crying And We Would All Look The Same
Or Have I Been Crying? My Emotions And Thoughts Live Too Closely Together When The World Falls Over
This Is The Death Of Things, The Death Of Me,And I Will Hibernate Inside The Acorn You Stole From The Tree We Saw When I Fell In Love With You
In This Acorn Lives The Autumn Leaves And The Beginning Of You And I
