Beers Poem by Ted L Glines

Beers

Beers
by Ted L Glines

Here it is - so late at night
stuck here working - awful plight
but I know when I get home
I'll get to sip a mug of foam
what can be more bliss than this
more precious than a maiden's kiss
it was lost but now it's found
so raise a toast - another round
no more cares and no more tears
pop a Coors - the king of beers!
