Beauty Like None Other Poem by Collin Hagan

Beauty Like None Other

Beautiful eyes and subtle glances
They shine like a luminescent star
Intriguing, yet awe striking, a celestial gleam
you lose yourself in them, forgetting all things around you
their beauty is one to behold
Blue as the ocean, but gray as a storm cloud
her voice is benevolent
so calm, and serene
her touch is so soothing
it reminds you of your childhood
when your mother would lay her hand on your head before you drift of to sleep
in every way she is perfect
a goddess of serenity
The Queen of the divine
You'd kneel at the sight of her
bow down, and beg her for her hand
At first she will refuse you, and make you want her more
But there will only be one
Who my take her through the chapel doors.
