倩女

湖邊蘭樹香飄逸
野外荊花棘漫生
巧綰青絲蝴蝶結
遙思紅女牡丹亭

Beautiful Girl

By the lake
the orchid trees are fragrant
possessing natural grace
In the outskirts
flowers of Chinese redbud
brambles around them

Cleverly coiled up the black hairs
with a bowknot
Remotely thought of the red girl
in the Peony Pavilion
