Today is so beautiful, with glistening white snow
Gleaming like crystal in the bright sunlight glow.
Gentle flakes fall on the barren oak trees,
Clothing the valleys, the hills and the leas.

Today is so beautiful, filled with rapture and joy,
Children play freely, every girl and every boy.
Tiny hearts are thankful for the layer of snow
As they sing Holy Carols and dance to and fro.

Today is so beautiful with a feeling of love
Love that is pure ~ like the snow from above.
Faces become fairer, eyes shine in the night,
As each snowflake caresses a heavenly sight.
