Be Assured Poem by Lodigiana Poetess

There's something sublime about nature and time
that repeats till its meaning is clear.
Every night turns to day in the very same way,
every day into weeks, months and years

To help our souls grow its a comfort to know
that the cold winter chills will decline,
and the sun reappear, at the start of the year
new born spring and the weather is fine

The creationist knows that the path that he chose
will not stray from the route it should be.
As the dawn follows night we know we'll be alright
just as all rivers run to the sea

Be assured not afraid, that the choices you made
will determine the route your life takes.
Some might be ill advised and a few compromised
but no life lived is without mistakes

You are human my friend, so just fight to the end
and perhaps it might turn out askew
But be fearless and brave, every life is unpaved
and the way it turns out makes you YOU!
