Be A Maker Poem by Akhtar Jawad

Be A Maker

Forgive and forget the writer of the fate,
believe in one who never forgets,
but one who ignores,
our sins and misdeeds,
our body language,
our hysterical temperament,
the injustices we make!
Forgive and forget the mother, a slave,
Pray to one, who never prays,
but listens to the prayers
of even an unicellular living matter,
one aware of everyone's needs,
may be nature's make, may be animal's make!
Forgive and forget your hysterical children,
Recollect your behavior with your creator,
and think tolerance of the ancient master,
lovingly He makes and kindly he destroys,
think what you destroy and what do you make!
Forgive and forget the nature, kind or unkind,
she has to feed both the hunter and the hunted,
floods and earthquakes and global warming,
modifications of earth from its too old make!
Forget and forgive yourself first of all,
and then to the deaf and dumb and blind artist,
with beautiful dolls some ugly ones we, too, make.
Forget and forgive the artist and be thankful,
for the appealing colors that rainbows make!
Forget and forgive the maker, be a maker and make.!
