Barsisa: The Prey Of Shaaytan Poem by Ishrat khan

Barsisa was a monk, a pious man at the time of Bani Israel
He was tricked slowly n persistently by the shaaytan's whisperings

On jihad when the three brothers were enlisted to go
They had one sister whom they didn't want to let her alone

They took her to Barsisa who believed to be a true devotee
Who can look after her for he was so noble n modesty

But he rejected thier plea to take care of her
He said ' No! I seek refuge in Allah from the shaytaan who's cursed'

Shaytaan then sneaked to him, he knew he was kind at heart
He mumbled 'what if she's left with bad man wouldn't it be your fault? '

He was blinded to his murmurs n managed to keep her
He made her to stay in a house alone opposite to church

She moved back n forth to him all the way for food
Shaytaan convinced him 'why don't you leave food closer to her? you should! '

Shaytaan kept on returning to catch him sometimes later
He said 'why don't you keep food on the table so that no one can see her'

Barsisa agreed to all his speech not knowing his evil mind
He was even influenced to talk to her through the door's screen behind

Later by the shaytaan's constant whispers he entered into her house
He made him to follow his plan for a very wrong cause

Accidentally fornication is committed by both Barsisa n the woman
The things got more worse after she fell pregnant

Shaytaan arrived him as soon as the baby was born
'if brothers wud know abt this you'll b killed. Go kill the child to save yourself! ' he warned

'Do you think the woman will keep quite to her brothers'
The shaaytan kept on influencing and the woman was also murdered

As soon the brothers returned they were informed she died of illness
He showed them fake grave nd they made dua for her to Allah's willingness

At late night when shaytaan came into three brother's dream
he revealed them the reality of their sister n baby being killed

They all three got confused n dug up the grave that shaytaan showed them
And their dream turned true when they found the body of her baby and the woman

They reprimanded Barsisa n took him to the ruler out of furiosity
He knew he'll be executed n the only punishment is death for his huge guilty

Too seek the help from the devil towards him he ran
'Do you know who I am? I'm shaytaan' he said in the form of man

I can get u out of it n save ur life, to me if you make prostration
He was messed, helpless n made sujood to him in desperation

But shaytaan betrayed him n shortly he was killed n crucified
what was his last action? Zina murder n kufr, the highest level of crime!
