Barons, Ducks, Lions Poem by Windsor Guadalupe Jr

Barons, Ducks, Lions

Hoot, hoot
Says the baron, moot.
Undefined,
A labyrinth unfinished.

Quack, quack
Whistles the evanescent duck.
A fractured squeal
In a world unreal.

Roar, roar
Screeches the cumbersome lion.
Where’s the courage
In this embittered battalion?

Hoot, hoot
The baron cries,

Quack, quack
A feathery gist, a duck dies.

Roar, roar
An angst-trodden demise.
