Life is a preparatory bath
the longer you stay in
the more wrinkles
you accumulate.
Yet the illuminating parable is
vigorous scrubbing is also required
for the cleansing of the soul.
The garments worn thereafter
are those chosen carelessly or meticulously chosen
by cumulative proceeding deeds.
