i sit here in my crowded cell
i can never tell when its day or night
the cries and the screams haunt me in my dreams
the pain and hopelessness is all around me

so many lost soul's
beaten up by life
pain and trama
despair

i look through the rusted bars
saddnest fills my heart
don't know what to think
all these poor souls stuck here all there life

i wanna cry
but my heart has hardened
i try to dig deep inside
a single tear falls

why am i here?
