Autumn Poem by Sebastian Melmoth

Autumn

Bountiful is the spectacle of autumn
Environments calendar comes to life
Earthly commemoration of the harvest that is coming.

Rejoicing in the array of colours of majesty donning our fields and valleys
It's pathways of warmth envelope us in loving glows.

A picturesque oil painting expressing vibrant natural beauty onto its earthly canvass
Celebrating the awesome views projecting vivid imprints in one's mind

The leaves dance around the trees as if in revelry of the season this yearly anniversary
Birds singing summoning wildlife to let the merrymaking of the fall begin

Red, yellow, purple, black, blue, orange, magenta and brown bask in mother nature's lights through her breathe giving trees

As time passes feel the chill signalling Autumns end
A beacon of hope to take solace in the warning that winter is coming, and we must prepare
