August Month
August arrives with the warm sunshine
Now is the time
celebrate our Democracy
celebrate our sovereignty
We won our freedom by the dint of our struggle for independence
So let us dispense
all our narrow interest
and feel for our motherland at any rate
let us feel proud of our country
and feel free
to spread the message of unity amidst the diversity.
