Only a healthy body houses a healthy mind.
To remain perennially young
the two must work in unison
as the wheels in quick motion

To carry all the joyousness of life
and the buoyancy of youth
both need to be kept vigorous and strong
attuned full to the harmonics of the song

Infinite is the power of the mind
what you think you become
let your mind be the nest of sublime thoughts
reflecting the strength and beauty of younger years

Be your body and mind each other’s reflection
the sturdy architecture of your mind
a blend of beauty and elasticity
and a proof against all adversity.
