At The Same Hour Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

At The Same Hour

Rating: 4.8

The ships,
Burnt up! !
At sea,
Into the sea,
Chips, hips, slips, lips!
Mangled with blood;
Made bitter,
Likewise in the dark,
At night.
Pit, hit!
Not fit enough,
Seen like the keys of the bottomless pit;
Sounded! !
Landed,
Wounded,
With the muse of nature,
At sea;
Open for all!
Fire! ! !
At the same hour;
Pen, den!
When?
Burning down,
It lasted only for a short time.

Took long to construct yet a moment to destroy, Nice.
