Astronauts' menu will be vegan
as they journey to mars.
For the animals these
astronauts are stars.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The animals shot into space by NASA (primates, dogs, mice etc) have
not been so lucky. There is a dead monkey somehwere circling in the lonely void of space
and many research animals were secreted by NASA Glenn into the hold of the Lockheed space shuttle which exploded over Paris, Texas.
