Sleepless nights wondering if you'll ever find, "peace", peace to just sleep? You toss & turn, you pray and nothing seems to work. You cry out to GOD, and you ask GOD the question, "Why all of this crazy sleeping patterns my father? Can I or will I ever have peace when I sleep father? Then GOD replies & says, yes, my child you will just continue to lean and trust in me, without any fears. I am your father & I know all about your troubles, worries & all of your cares. I'm listening to all of your prayers-you may think I'm not listening nor hear your prayers just remember I'm always there. I'm by your side every single day! I will never leave you nor forsake you- just continue to pray. Pray without ceasing.

Turn your worrying to carefree pain, no more restless & sleepless nights. I will restore all your losses & turn your pain into joy overnight.

Put your mind at ease and close your eyes & just breathe. Say the lord's prayer over and over again until you drift off & finally get you some rest. Your thoughts & distress are now gone. Continue to put me first and watch everything will fall into place.



The dreadful feeling of sleep will become a past tense. You will forget you ever had an issue quite like this. Be blessed my dear one & remember to sleep like the angels for there is calmness, humility & solitude around your quiet space. It's just you now alone in your zone=eyes closed-dreams are unfolding & now you can finally say, Thank you".

God I'm at rest, I'm at peace lord you granted me my wish, I am now able to sleep, sleep, sleep, sleep, without a worry in the world! No more anxiety I laid all my problems down & now I can rest.
