Annihilation Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Annihilation

The innocent and lovely faces are gone,
They are devilish and horrible faces at present,
I can't believe my eyes,
Terror looms large in this realm.
Slowly but surely the venomous gall has entered their beautiful soul,
The treacherous hand has stealthily and successfully injected the poison in their childish and innocuous mind
And now their mind is saturated with venom.
The innocent creatures are poisonous snakes now,
Absolutely lethal for this world,
I regret to say
Once they were so much dear and near to me with their amiable and sweet feelings,
But now being villainous and wicked, they live nowhere in my mind;
The situation is grave and dreadful indeed.
No, never,
I can not recognize these malicious faces,
I can never acknowledge them too
And I loathe the heinous force which has poisoned the innocent creatures.
The dark hand is relishing,
Listen to its joyous roar,
It has definitely succeeded in its evil intention;
What an ignominy for the modern time!
It's the worst regress of the human world,
To tell the truth, it's the disgraceful annihilation of the innocent and pleasant beings.
