Angels Shake Their Heads Poem by Suzae Chevalier

The angels shake their heads at us
totally amazed and in disbelief
For we don't use warfare prayers
to give demons grief.
We have a God given right-
to use our authority in Jesus Christ.
To fight the powers of darkness in the air
we don't seem to know or even care.
Why isn't it written in the Book of Genesis?
That we have dominion over the all the earth?
Then why are we letting down our guard
and not using warfare prayers in the dark?
For the devil never sleeps and never does rest
he wants to take all of us.
Down to the Lake of Fire with fire and brimstone
we can defeat him for we are not alone.
We have our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
He already died for us and paid the price.
So lets go to Jesus and confess-
that we disobeyed His law and we have no true
happiness- no life that is worth living outside
of God the holy one-
we have to do this before we are gone.
