Angels And Demons Poem by Brooke Harris

Angels And Demons

Rating: 2.7

The angle came and
the demons went.
The angels conquered and
the demons wept.
The angels were kind and
the demons were wicked.
For the angels were with God and
the demons with Lucifer.
The angels were bright and white and
the demons were dark and black as night.
The angels came and were our saviors and
the demons came and were our destruction.
The angels and demons dueled on our plane,
using their sword and spears to skewer each other.
They fought and they fought, until they were stopped,
for they could have gone on until the end of time.
Each left with a dramatic flourish,
leaving us in peace until another time.
