Angelic Appearance Poem by Masuma Mirza

Angelic Appearance

Opens her eyes, Opens them wide
Like a cute lil' doll with the dimples on the side
She wore some accessories and pins on her hair
Dealing with her pink little pouch and a brown fluffy bear
She smiled from her heart her eyes glowing bright
Feels like angel comes in my sight
The way she sat her legs folded back
And the way she giggled concealing behind the rack
She ran to the mirror and saw another she
She jumped across the sofa and chucked in glee
She touched her nose and the reflection of thine
Innocent little baby did not really mind
All with her laugh she lit up our house
She led us awaken and made us rouse
