For last night, even in your brief appearance
your beauty has touched me so.
Lost in you -
closing my eyes for just an instant,
a memory reborn.

Each breath -
each beat of my heart - a melody,
once forgotten song.
In your embrace -
the warmth of you engulfs me,
illumination of my soul.

And as quickly as you had returned
the stormy night sky had reclaimed you
and you were gone...
And all i could say was,
Thank You...

For the wonderful gift of a
Memory.. a Melody
and the warmth of my Soul.
I will forever be in awe of your beauty
and wonder at the magic you possess.
