An Instant Snatched.



At last! This loveliness does it! How the air glows!
Something special mounts out of the shrubbery.
It flows over me, all round the garden. Ah me.
Who could have thought it? Even my toes

Are wriggling like pigs for your smiling..Well, so much goes
Walking when you do.It’s love! . Such dear hair
Grows so thickly! You blossom.! The care
In your eyes is a rose.: like a rose

Gone in no time. Wind-blown. I suppose
A moment’s no more than a moment..It’s well
That my heart wasn’t squirming The swell
Simply ran from my feet to my loins. There stopped. It just shows,
