Amuseless Garbage Poem by Ihsan Musthafa

Amuseless Garbage

Thrown away like garbage into the sea
To drift away, to be drowned, to be forgotten
Dead gloom sparks inside my heart, nothing to feel
Though I'm cut the reed blood pours out rotten

They say its better to understand and let go
Rather than trying to be understood like a fool
Like broken porcelain is my tortured soul
But through the cracks the light shall shine through

I've lived through hell and glimpsed the light
No matter how so hard I keep on trying
Complete circled myself back into the blight
To suffer and drown in the the sea of crying
