Alpha Life Poem by Alibo Terna Timothy

Alpha Life

Going through the course of life without a syllable
and each page must be covered
-but how, is still a miracle
Like how I beat a flight of steps
heading to the pinnacle
'Pray I never dash a feet as I write my own chronicle
The providence of life
where some dreams are shut down for another
just to keep tabs on the many needs
-that is just another matter.
If I can get a Kobo for every dream broken!
Well! that's just a dream about a dream
how do I dodge the realities of life?
when in the end
-the truth comes knocking
'nobody gets out of life alive'
I don't even know how much of an alpha I am
I lost some battles on the way
I kept going anyway
my many falls is just another feat.
