Alone Poem by Incendia Tempesta

Alone

Salty tears fall like rain
And cold air fills the dark room
Each dropp holds an ounce of pain
As the light pours down from moon

Outside, snowflakes drift to the ground
Everything lays silent and still
Everywhere you look, there’s no one around
And deep inside there’s a hole to fill

This is what it means to be alone
And have no place to call home.
