Alhaji Musa Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Alhaji Musa

Hunger and poverty is written all over the landscape of wars,
But Alhaji Musa will give us the hope to move;
And, i will always be closer always to get my share of the cake.

Do we have Insurance Companies in Bagdad? !
Then, they should tell me how many dead bodies they've insured;
For tears run down my eyes daily after many bombs on this land.

Hope, that is the message we had from Alhaji Musa;
But, the days come when our hopes will die out soon.
