Alexandrian Sonnet 19 Poem by Alexandrian Ink

Alexandrian Sonnet 19

Rating: 5.0

To that place where snail is not eaten
There snail with the inhabitants compete for food and space
But where it is hunted like one who has just stolen
There is snail's desert, always seen in such rareness.
Death came to a man one day and said
'young man, tomorrow you'll be visited by me, '
Seeing himselftoo young, by death to be crucified,
Quickly packed his belongings, then he had to flee.
On getting there as he opening the door, alack!
'my friend' say death 'behold you've come to me
I never had mind to visit your place or rest or work,
Welcome, you've come to me instead of i coming to thee.'
Most of us running not to be death's prey
Run fast enough to meet death on the way.

Snail with the inhabitants compete for food and space. Such a place amazes mind and snail's desert seen in rareness provokes thought. This is true that death comes to man one day. Death is truth. Meeting death on the way one day is true. Accepting concept of truth is wise. This poem is amazingly expressed...10
