After A Lover's Quarrel Poem by Garett Ryan

After A Lover's Quarrel

Sparks flying, lovers crying

Happiness forming, breathless moments

Pulling your hair, thick steamy musty air

Taking off your clothes

Do you know where I'll go

Our bodys collide

The flashes start

Shhhh

Listen can you hear our hearts?

So close together, beating as one

Then you brush your nails across my chest

Screaming as though you need rest

Slowing down but still deep inside,

Our bodies pulsing our minds collide.

In this moment only true love can be shared.

All other emotions won't be spared

Not a word to be said

only searching for air

Oh and the lovers, the lovers stare

So quiet and the moment so true.

followed by the words 'I love you'.
