Left alone to face the wrath
left alone to run and escape
left alone to bear the pain
left alone to undergo the sufferings;
left alone to confront the crisis
left alone to live with hostility
left alone to see people running
left alone to chase safety;
left alone to escape the terror
left alone to accept defeat
left alone to cry and weep
left alone to hide and ponder;
left alone to believe in tomorrow
left alone to walk on the streets
left alone to find food and peace
left alone to protect one's own life;
left alone to run and run
left alone to be a refugee
left alone to stay and face the brunt
let alone to be alone;
left alone to think of starvation
left alone to see a turmoil
left alone to watch my country
left alone to deal with injustice;
left alone to seek reliefs
left alone to venture in fear
left alone to die in their rage
left alone to live in their hate.
