A freshly frosted rose
Starry summer skies
Tasting a glistening snowflake
Singing acappella of love
The twinkling of a million
Billion stars
A RAINBOW soaking up a perfect
Sunset
NATURE LOVES spring in bloom
The TRICKLING of dew drops
At the bursting of spring
Season.
Strolling down by the
Tepid LAKE WATCHING every
Rose bloom. Each one at
Its assigned time. None
To soon.
Sing everything a love
Song. Aching to watch an
Early moon cast its blue
Shadow.
Palms Perspiring at the
Thought of holding hands.
Feel the heat of a roaring
SUNRISE
These are the things that remain
Merely for NATURAL satisfaction
Of a twisted spring in bloom
A series of confusing events depicted in the worst style. Nothing memorable or worthy. This poem will be forgotten in 24 hours.
This is very telegraphically written with an energy that bursts in all directions. The first stanza is a complete mish-mash of images from a (winter's) glistening snowflake to starry °summer° skies. A freshly frosted rose? I don't know where you live, but by the time the roses bloom all threat of frost is long gone here. I don't mind the confusion, but that is not the theme I walk away with in the end. It's wonderment and love. Confusion and wonder are different.
Lovely poem. Modes of spring are so varied and charming in every way.
With the change of seasons bringing sunshine it gives an energy and positivity just like a new year. Thank You
