The variegated stripes reminiscent of her long colorful hair
Apprises her confidence with a subtle undertone and flair

She is a loyal friend given to encouragement and compassion
Her voice soft and kind; her words gentle and heartwarming.

Knitted with virtue and honor, duty and responsibility, her ardor
Exudes a savoring redolence, a reassuring presence at my table

Bequeathed with laudable qualities - kindness and generosity
She is a joyful companion, loved by many and adored by all.

Her presence warm and exciting, adorns the ambience with
Sweetness and light with an aura of love and pleasantness.

And this exquisite peony tulip that adorns my table betimes
Is worthy of no other name but ‘A Laura Tulip'
