He sits in a room
all by himself
imprisoned by the darkness
he starts to think
going over his life
in his thoughts
he can clearly see
where he went wrong!
Every road that was taken
what led him to this dead end
all the choices
all the chances
all the decisions that
was his only to make
but he can also clearly see
the woman
the sweet kisses
the warm body the bond
the precious moments together
all the sweetness
all the warmth and all
the blessings
he so foolishly
took for granted!
