A Space Poem by Siddharth Tripathi

A Space

Rating: 5.0

That day, when you & I
Were here, under a roof
Flowers, birds, sun, moon
All were singing & dancing

Quality of talks and walks
Were the only thing in menu
Still somehow you found space
A space which can’t be yours

Words we never discussed
Talks which we never shared
Colour that can’t be enjoyed
Slowly-slowly all are here today

Powerful & magical dreams
Were only there in your eyes
Height of clouds before you
Was less, even very less

Simple & easy journey starts after
Few sacrifice and compromise
So keep flowers and water
To remove thrust & get scented
Now let your heart controlled
On your journey, called “life”
