A Small Act of Kindness
(To Avik Mondal)
(Service to Humanity)

A small act of kindness is not small,
It is monumental and precious,
A candle can enkindle the whole world,
A moment of glimpse
can change a heart,
A moment of Love can
change a life,
A moment of ecstasy can
change a nation,
Living-kindness is the route
to self-effacement.

Life is precious and matchless,
In the moment of sheer Crisis,
The moment of darkness and
Promiscuous insouciance,
A meager help becomes sonorous moments of Love,
It opens the heart to humanness,
Amid the sickening stage of life,
Pesky pandemic people are in deep misery,
all around the uncertainty,
Dying of pain, predicament and
Peevish starvation,
People are in utter silence for
Imminence of great disaster,
Life is in great challenge against
the Petulance of the creator.

A small act of kindness,
standing by the poor gods and goddesses,
an act of love and compassion,
bring enormous strength and Joy,
Life is from Love, sustained and nurtured
by Love and in the end becomes Love
by being in Love,
A small act of kindness to feed
the poor and needy families,
The hungry and dignity
is heavenly and ecstatic without malice,
God must be happy to bring pious bliss
in mortal forms of the Absolute,
A small help is greatly stirring to stir
the locked book of Life.
