A Relationship Poem by Eduardo Jacobo Miranda Garcia

A Relationship

Rating: 3.5

Think of the times of the darkest night,

alone in the dark with me by your side,

thinking of the perfect moment to give you kiss,

you put your head on my shoulder,

i see you directly on your face,

with a bright smile,

then i kissed you,

it was the perfect moment,

then i told her:

'i love you'.

I really did love her,

but she didn't love me back,

so i told her if i could try her to fall in love with me.

The next day i toke her to the beach,

and the next day i toke her to the movies,

and the next day we went to an Italian restaurant,

but she still didn't love me back,

then i knew what the problem was,

she was interested in another guy,

so i went with this other guy,

and tried to be his friend,

and i tried to understand,

why he was better that me.

After a couple of weeks,

i knew how her was,

so i tried to be like him,

but it still didn't work,

so i give up,

and spent the next days alone.
