A Private Garden Poem by Long Tooth

A Private Garden

My love for you, a private garden,
Always is in season,
Where beauty is evolving still with
Rhymes that jumpstart reason.

The flowers that we nurture there are
Rainbow hymns to beauty,
Affinity like angels bear
To children, beyond duty.

A pathway to the future that winds
Soft beyond all striving,
All harmony lies in the Father
He's the path we're driving.

Though we may effort for love's gifting
Love is just His Nature,
My heart and yours, eternally, the
Target of the Archer.
