A Pantoum- Dancing Under The Stars Poem by Lisa Cresswell Wilkinson

A Pantoum- Dancing Under The Stars

Rating: 5.0

As she dances under the moonlit stars
Feeling the adrenalin rushing through her veins
For now she is alone, but not lonely
She makes her own music as her heart beats in time

Feeling the adrenalin rushing through her veins
Passers by shoot a glance as her aura reflects
She makes her own music as her heart beats in time
She loves to perform, dancing is her life

Passers by shoot a glance as her aura reflects
For now she is alone, but not lonely
She loves to perform, dancing is her life
As she dances under the moonlit stars

Strange, I see her 'aloneness' but she does not seem to feel it at all. She is perfectly happy in her dancing - how charming...and well done on the form too! Good write....

This and the previous poem truly make me want to get up early to watch the sunrise and throw my arms out and twirl around... just me and God! Lovely poem. Barb
