A New Day Dawns Poem by Augustine Yirideme

A New Day Dawns

Rating: 5.0

After a long wait I did spy.
From the horizon and the sky,
A new day breaks forth and dawns.
Great hope in sight after a night of frowns.
Whither drifteth, o thou dark night of yawns?
Speak thou thine contrary counsel
And it shall be categorically cancelled
Declare thou thine adverse intent
And watch it be apart rent.
