A Naughty Issue Poem by Tony Adah

A Naughty Issue

Rating: 3.8

This issue won't
Go away easily
The president is quiet
When the vault is plundered
A certain minister
Whose sex is female
Has taken part of the commonwealth
To buy an aircraft
The citizens are famished
As proceeds from black gold
Are pilfered.
And the president
Is deaf, deaf and mute
Over an issue
Which won't die easily.
