A Mother's Loving Arm

J-anuary twenty-third Monday
I-s full of love and care;
N-ew dawn has broken,
G-reetings fill the air.
N-ight haze and raindrops
A-re nowhere in sight;
M-orning sun and warmth
O-pen the day with light.
C-herished and cuddled child feels the fondness, not harm;
O-ne attachment is brought by a mother's loving arm.
