A Lonely Rain Poem by Sandra Feldman

A Lonely Rain

Rating: 5.0

I write
So that,
All Clouds
Won't turn to Rain,
All at once...
That's how
Sad and lonely,
Sometimes,
Someone can feel
When life has lost
At times,
All significance.

A poignant write so beautifully written. A vivid depiction of loneliness. Very touching. Yet, we have Poetry that can give us solace.

There is no worse feeling than feeling alone and lonely. This poem has the deepest empathy for those who feel empty. Poetry has the power to uplift. It can cause gray clouds to wander lonely over a field of golden daffodils. What beauty can we see?

Jane, your words for this poem are so very moving with a touch of daffodils, (hope} that I did not give the poem, but you did. Thank you so much for your very profound and beautiful thoughts for this work.
