A Little This, A Little That. Poem by Raihan Ahmed

A Little This, A Little That.

A fatal dagger, a goddess of lust, a heartbreaker, and all the above. tattoos pierced my skin, telling a story brushed in black and red. i flaunt diamonds made of tears and love lost. could it be my fault for slipping? godforbid i ever say so. ive seen the pain, felt the hurt, and breathed the silence. Spare me a one true panacea, cause I would rather feel pain than nothing at all. 'cliches for dummies', your obsession, your repetoire, its sickening. a lesson in romantics is echoed of your lips, you find ways to sugercoat this love of remorse. regress to what you were, mr rowneys father a man you left behind. he will grow my son, to a wise man, as you ventured on your neverending happy ending. rowney found this beautiful diva named athena, eyes that glittered for miles, hair that shoots glitter from it sprouts. Enough on this braud, shes worth as much as the taj is to a mughal prince. I am beyond that, reborn in the waters of grace. my body aches for a reason to live, and future to call home, a muse worthy of a martyrdom panic.
