The word out on the street
Is that there is a better way
A new generation is born
Older ones are passing away
Convictions they once shared
The values that they sold
All but gone by the wayside
A new way replacing the old
A faceless generation is here
A direction headed nowhere
They say there's a better way
No longer have a need to pray
Their slogan is it’s all about me
Turning their back on history
Should they change their tune
Before it leads them to ruin
A faceless generation is here
A direction headed nowhere
One day they will find there way
After they have had their say
As people have found out before
This generation will surely restore
Itself with the help of God's grace
Leaving generations a better place
